Section 01 · Method

Four steps, zero homework

1

We talk

A call or a few texts about your business. Free, no pressure. I'll even track down your old domain.

2

Straight quote

One number and a real timeline in plain English. Half up front, half at launch.

3

I build it

Design, words, photos, tech setup. You review on a private link and we adjust.

4

You're live

Launched, documented, and in your name. Keep the care plan or take the keys.

Not a trade? If you run a real business (a restaurant, a shop, a studio) everything here still applies.

Section 04 · Contractor qualifications

The guy behind the work

Most web guys have never carried a ladder. I learned the job with one in my hand.

I got my start in the trades. Years as a fire alarm technician, working with contractors and service businesses every single day. I know how your customers find you and what they check before they call. I also know how little patience you have for tech runaround, because I didn't have any either.

What began as building websites after work turned into the real thing: web development, done properly. I keep my client list small on purpose, so your site gets built by me, carefully. Nothing gets farmed out. I'm based in Florida, and the whole process runs over calls, texts, and email, so where you are never gets in the way.

Every project ends with the keys in your hand

  • Domain registered in your name, not mine and not an agency's
  • One-page handover doc: where everything lives, in plain English
  • Nothing to maintain. Built to run untouched for years
  • No lock-in. Leave anytime and lose nothing
Section 05 · Contact

Get in touch

A couple sentences about your business is plenty. Even "our website is embarrassing and I don't know who's hosting it" works. Straight answers on cost and timeline, usually same day.

No sales calls · no pressure · no newsletter
